Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 September 2026
Please read these terms carefully before using our website or making a booking.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of domusfelix.ie and to enquiries and bookings made with Domus Felix, a trading name of Proprietas Republic Holdings Limited (Company No. 709210). By using the website, you agree to these terms.
2. Using this website
Property details, photos, availability and prices on the website are for guidance and may change. We try to keep them accurate, but a booking is only confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing.
You must not misuse the website, including by trying to access it without permission, interfering with how it works, or submitting false information.
3. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry or request through the website does not create a booking. We will reply with availability and a quote. A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written booking confirmation.
Your booking confirmation sets out the property, dates, total price, payment terms, deposit, cancellation terms and any house rules. Those details form part of your agreement with us.
Most properties have a minimum stay of 7 nights, and some have longer minimum stays, as shown on each listing.
4. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are in euro. Accommodation is subject to Irish VAT at the applicable rate, currently 13.5%, and we issue a VAT receipt for every booking.
Payment methods and due dates are set out in your booking confirmation. Corporate clients may pay by purchase order or bank transfer where agreed in advance.
5. Your stay
Guests must look after the property, follow the house rules and leave it in the condition they found it. The person or company making the booking is responsible for damage caused during the stay, beyond normal wear and tear.
6. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Irish law, or our liability where it cannot legally be limited.
Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to Domus Felix or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
